UAPL provides the following services:

  • Sale of agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, etc.)

  • AI-based crop advisory and recommendations

  • Soil testing & nutrient analysis

  • Weather updates & mandi price information

  • Dealer / business partner programs

  • Farmer training & consultation

UAPL may add, change, or remove services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide correct personal and business information

  • Use products only as per recommended guidelines

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations

  • Not misuse our platform, services, or content

Any misuse or false information may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Product prices may change due to market conditions.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation.

  • UAPL reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

  • Payment methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer (Online methods to be added soon).

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is currently available in Bareilly & nearby districts.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, location, or product availability.

  • UAPL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returned products will only be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused & in original packaging

Opened seeds, used chemicals, and advisory services are not refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, text, images, and data belong to UAPL and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

UAPL shall not be responsible for:

  • Crop loss caused by improper usage of products

  • Natural disasters, weather conditions, or pest outbreaks

  • Government policy changes

  • Misuse of AI advisory

All products and services are provided “as is”.

9. Account Termination

UAPL reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these terms without prior notice.

10. Amendments

UAPL may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users are advised to check this page regularly for updates.
