Return & Refund Policy

At Ugantar Agritech Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded.
1. Return Eligibility
A return will be accepted only in the following cases:

The product is damaged at the time of delivery

The wrong product has been delivered

The product has expired

Quantity mismatch in the order
Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or used seeds

Used fertilizers, pesticides, or chemicals

Advisory, consultation, or AI-based services

Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
3. Return Process
To request a return, the customer must:

Provide product images (if requested)
After verification, UAPL will approve or reject the return based on eligibility.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days

Refund will be issued to the original payment method only

In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be made via Bank Transfer / UPI
5. Replacement
If the product is available in stock, UAPL may offer a replacement instead of refund.
6. Dealer / Partner Returns
Dealers and partners must:

Accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products

Follow UAPL’s quality and handling guidelines

Maintain proper stock conditions
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from UAPL.
8. Policy Updates
Ugantar Agritech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
